Gender equality is a fundamental human right. It is also an essential factor in the fight against poverty. Societies cannot prosper sustainably when half of their population does not have sufficient access to economic and social resources. So it is in this context that our study will focus on the rights and duties of women.

A. DEFINITION

v Definition of "human rights"

According to the United Nations, human rights are the inalienable rights of all human beings, without distinction whatsoever, in particular of race, sex, nationality, ethnic origin, language, religion or any other situation. ... Everyone has the right to freedom of opinion and expression, to work, to education, etc.

v Definition of "human duty"

According to the dictionary, the duty of man is an imperative of conscience, considered in its generality, which imposes on man - without necessarily forcing him to do so - to accomplish what is prescribed by virtue of an obligation of religious, moral or legal character.
